HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER:
Add the product to the cart by clicking the "Lisa ostukorvi" button ("Add to cart").
To view the contents of the shopping cart, click the “Vaata ostukorvi” (“Shopping cart”) button.
If everything you need has been added to the basket, start placing your order by clicking on the button "Vormista tellimus" ("Checkout").
Choose a convenient method of delivery and payment for your order, do not forget to check your contact information.
To confirm the order, press the button “Kinnita tellimus” (“Confirm order”).
Methods of receiving the goods (when ordering in the online store):
Local pickup (Tallinn)
Choosing this method of receipt, the Client can himself come to pick up the goods in Tallinn, at Paneeli 2/1 - 311, 11415 Tallinn

Omniva (EestiPost) - post office
The goods are sent to the Omniva post office (Eesti Post) at the address indicated by the Client when placing the order.
The customer receives the goods at the Omniva post office (Eesti Post).
The order is formed after receiving an advance payment of 100%.
You can pay by bank transfer only.
Delivery time is 2-3 days from the moment the order was sent.
By courier Ledkaup.ee (Tallinn)
The goods are delivered to the Client by courier to the address specified when placing the order.
On the day of delivery, we will contact the Client and agree on the delivery time.
SmartPost in Finland
The order is sent to the Finnish SmartPost terminal chosen by the Client when placing the order.
The order is formed after receiving an advance payment of 100%.
You can pay by bank transfer only.
Delivery time of goods is 2-5 working days from the date of sending the order.
Maximum weight of one parcel 25 kg
ORDER PAYMENT METHODS:

Cash payment is possible only when the delivery methods are selected: “Courier (Tallinn)” or “Self pickup (Tallinn).
Payment by bank link
We offer the possibility of paying via a bank link to clients of Swedbank, SEB, LHV and Luminor.
Bank Transfer (Lhv, Coop)
We offer the possibility of paying for goods by bank transfer.
DELIVERY TIME, GOODS STATUS (Availability)
In stock - the goods are in stock in Tallinn and can be received on the day of order (self-pickup).
Temporarily unavailable! - the goods can be received within 3-5 working days after placing the order.
ORDER STATUS:
Töötlusel - an order is pending.
Vastuvõetud - the order has been accepted, but part of the product is missing in the required quantity.
Komplekteeritud - the order is assembled and ready to be shipped or transferred to the Client.
Saadetud - the product has been sent to the Client by EestiPost or SmartPost.
Valmis - the goods have been transferred to the Client.
Tühistatud - the order is canceled, it is not possible to execute the order.
We send a message to the Client about the change in the status of the order.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
If the Client has not paid for the order within 7 days and has not extended the validity of the order, the order is canceled. Before canceling an order, we try to send a reminder to the Client.
PURCHASE RETURNS:
If the product ordered on the ledlaup.ee website does not suit you, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The returned item must not be used and must also be in its original packaging. The buyer must be prepared to pay the postage incurred when returning the goods, up to 10 euros, unless the goods received do not correspond to the ordered ones. In cases where the buyer wants to return the product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the order by e-mail info@ledlaup.ee, attaching photos of the product and packaging to the letter.
USE AND COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA:
ledlaup.ee does not transfer the data of the Clients to third parties, with the exception of postal services, which use the data to deliver the goods to the customer. ledlaup.ee reserves the right to send Clients information about new products and special offers. The Client has the right to demand that his data be deleted from the ledlaup.ee database.

Itella SmartPost
The order is sent by SmartPost to the postal machine chosen by the Client when placing the order.
The order is formed after receiving an advance payment of 100%.
You can pay by bank transfer only.
Delivery time of goods is 1-2 days from the moment of sending the order.
Itella SmartKULLER - courier (all of Estonia)
Parcel delivery within 1-2 days after ordering, six days a week (Mon - Sat), (excluding Sundays and delivery to small islands).
It is possible to choose a suitable pick-up time (9.00-17.00 or 17.00-21.00) and order the goods to work or home.
In the morning on the day of delivery of the parcel, the client is sent the exact time of delivery of the parcel via SMS. The accuracy of the delivery time of the parcel is +/- 30 minutes.
The courier calls the client 15 minutes before arrival at the place.
The order is formed after receiving an advance payment of 100%.
If for the first time it is not possible to deliver the parcel to the client, the courier, if necessary, negotiates with the client a different delivery time. According to the customer's wishes, it is also possible to redirect the parcel to a suitable parcel machine at no additional cost.
NB! The package is sent to the client based on a unique code that is sent to the client via SMS.
